ONLINE ORDERS
F-Bombs "Fancy Sweets and Treats" does not issue refunds. We will always do our best to resolve any concerns and offer credit towards a future order if something happens during shipping or delivery that could have been prevented on our part. If you have a question or concern, please reach out to us on any social media platform before placing your order.
CUSTOM DESIGN AGREEMENT
F-Bombs “Sweets & Treats” cannot guarantee precise replication of inspiration pictures/samples. We will always do our best to come as close as possible to the images provided to us, but can not guarantee it will be exact. That includes inspiration colors. For orders without any inspirational pictures, you have granted us complete artistic license to create something f-ing amazing. By placing an order with us, you have placed your trust in our skill level and professionalism to impress at your event. Because of this we will not refund an order for not being satisfied with the final outcome. However, we will discuss your expectations before your order is placed.
LOCAL ORDERS (Pick-Up)
Pick-up location is at the shopping center on Fowler and Ashlan.
If you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call us to let us know.
If you are more than 15 minutes late (with no notice), we reserve the right to leave the pick-up site and charge you a $10 rescheduling fee.
If you are a no-show, we will no longer service you, and your order is considered canceled.
Remaining balances MUST be paid 24 hours before pick-up. (If this does not happen, we will not be at pick-up)
If you need to reschedule your order pick-up, we charge a $5 rescheduling fee. We will do our best to accommodate your new date/time.
If we are unable to accommodate your new date/time, you will be able to use your already paid deposit as a credit towards a future order.
LOCAL ORDERS (Delivery)
If your order is being delivered, the delivery time, date, and delivery fee will be set when the order is placed.
If you need to reschedule your order, we will charge a $5 rescheduling fee. We will do our best to accommodate your new dates.
If we are unable to accommodate your new date, you will be able to use your already paid deposit as a credit towards a future order.
LOCAL PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS
Balances over $100.00 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your order.
Balances $100.00 or less must be paid in full at the time of placing your order to lock in your order. (No refunds, only credit within 4 days)
Deposits or balance MUST be paid to start your order. (Your order will NOT be started unless payment or deposit is made)
Deposits and Payments are non-refundable if you cancel your order.
Deposits and balances can be paid via Cash App or Venmo.
Cash and Square payments will need to be scheduled in person and completed before your order is started.
Remaining balances MUST be paid 24 hours before pick-up or delivery.
If balances are not paid 24 hours before pick-up or delivery, you will be charged a $5 late fee, your order will be suspended for 24 hours to allow rescheduling. After 24 hours, your order will not be remade and will no longer be available to you.
If balances are not paid 24 hours before pick-up or delivery, we will not be at pick-up, or you will not get a delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
Regardless of order cost, if you need it in 3 days or less there are no refunds/credit and payments will need to be made in full before we start on your order.
In the event that you need to cancel an order, all cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the order being placed.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
F-Bombs is not responsible for your items once delivered. Please follow these instructions:
Storage Temperature:
Store chocolate treats in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
The ideal storage temperature is between 59°F to 68°F (15°C to 20°C).
Avoid Refrigeration:
Refrigeration is not recommended for chocolate treats as it may cause condensation and alter the texture and appearance of the chocolate.
Prevent Moisture Exposure:
Keep chocolate treats in airtight containers or resealable bags once opened to prevent moisture absorption, which can lead to a decrease in quality.
Avoid Strong Odors:
Chocolate easily absorbs odors from its surroundings. Store chocolate treats away from strong-smelling foods or substances.
Handle with Care:
Handle chocolate treats gently to avoid melting or breaking, especially during warmer weather.
Melting Point Awareness:
Be mindful of the melting point of chocolate, which is around 86°F to 89.6°F (30°C to 32°C). Avoid exposure to high temperatures.
Refrain from Freezing:
Freezing chocolate treats is not recommended, as it can cause discoloration and affect the texture.
Allergen Information:
Check product descriptions for allergen information to avoid any adverse reactions.
Gifting and Transporting:
When giving chocolate treats as gifts or transporting them, ensure they are protected from physical damage and extreme temperatures.
Temperature Fluctuations:
Avoid exposing chocolate treats to rapid temperature changes, as this can cause blooming (a whitish appearance on the surface), which does not affect taste but may alter appearance.
Enjoy Fresh:
For the best taste and texture, enjoy chocolate treats soon after purchase or delivery.
